Renaissance Events:

  • Evening Service  - Each Sunday at 6:00 PM at St. Michael's Anglican Church.  We invite you to experience the music, delve into the Word with us, and enjoy the fellowship following the service.  All are welcome regardless of  orientation.

  • Join us every Sunday evening for an Evangelical Christian Service of praise and worship featuring great music and solid Biblical preaching from the Word of God.

From a recent message by Pastor Jim:

  • In Hezekiah's Revival (2 Chronicles 29), we see that renewal or revival starts with commitment; continues with cleansing; and culminates in celebration:

Celebration results from knowing that your sins are forgiven. The word “celebration” expresses the fact that these people weren’t just mumbling through a religious service, looking at their watches and wondering if they’d get home in time to tune in the football game. Their hearts were in it! Note 29:30, “they sang praises with joy.”

Do you sing that way? If not, maybe you need revival! When you realize that God has moved in your heart to reveal Christ as the perfect sacrifice for your sins, how can you mumble through a song with no joy? An outsider coming into our midst should be able to tell by our worship that we are overflowing with joy because of what God has done for us.

Sometimes people come to church and leave mumbling, “I didn’t get anything out of it.” That’s not the point. The point is, “Did the Lord get anything out of you?” Did you come to draw near and offer to the Lord a joyous, reverent thank offering because of His grace shown to you?
Sunday December 18

Sunday December 25
  • The Renaissance Church Family will be enjoying a Christmas dinner together at the church.  This is a Pot-Luck dinner and all are welcome.  We truly are a family and we welcome you to join our wonderful but totally dysfunctional group.  If you are interested in attending, please RSVP to Pastor Jim so that we may be prepared  (See the contact page.) Setup will be at 5:30 and dinner soon after 6:00 PM.
  • The pastors and congregation of Renaissance wish all of you a very Merry Christmas.  May all your hopes and dreams come true.

Sunday January 01
  • The adventure continues and a New Year begins.   Why don't you make your New Years Resolution to "start attending church (preferably Renaissance) on a regular basis", starting on New Years Day at 6:00 PM.  That would be one of the best resolutions that you could easily fulfil.

  • Happy New Year to all, and to all a Good Year!

Please check back regularly for updated information.
